You'd be forgiven for looking at the Mammoth air conditioner,
as we did,
and agreeing, “Yes, that's mammoth.”
It's also Mammoth,
a company that has designed and built

ensures units that are truly built to last.

The unit has been constructed with 20 gauge galvanized walls and roof,
a 14 gauge galvanized floor,
2” thick insulation (1 pound density),
and has a total estimated operating weight of 14,554 pounds.
The unit's cooling capacity is 95 tons;
it is not a heating unit.
The unit has three 24” access doors,
and one 36” access door.
It has an air-cooled condenser
with 3 reciprocating compressors
and six cooling fans.
Its supply fan is powered
by a 25Hp/1750 rpm motor
that runs on 460/3Ph voltage.
It has two 70.0H x 58.0W evaporator coils.
The unit airflow is 27500 CFM,
and it uses HCFC-22 refrigerant.
is controlled by Mammoth's patented EPiC I/O Controller,
which uses a 32-bit microprocessor
with 512K of 10,000 hour battery backed RAM.
Its keypad display consists of a four line,
total 160 character backlit Liquid Crystal Display (LCD),
with input via a 22-key keypad.
The keypad display can be used
to set time schedules,
increment/decrement set points,
read and clear faults/alarms
and monitor unit operations.
The keypad is mounted within the control panel,
so it has been protected
from damage and tampering.
All of its structural, electrical,
mechanical, and electronic elements
are in excellent condition.
The original operator's manual is included,
and additional specs are available upon request.
