The S-40 Lift Boom builds on that reputation. It has a solid list of standard features. It boasts a 46' working height with a 31'8" horizontal reach. Its lift capacity is 500lb. This model, a 4x4 powered by a Deutz engine, has an oscillating axle system. It also features fully proportional platform controls with a ramp up/down feature, hydraulic platform rotation, 360° continuous turntable rotation, and 12V DC auxiliary power. It has a hydraulic oil cooler and closed-loop hydrostatic drive. Safety features include positive traction drive, a self-leveling platform, locking turntable covers, anti-restart engine protection, auto engine fault shutdown, a wire braided hose, tilt alarm and horn.
